When you contact us, we’ll establish an account and schedule a technician to begin working on the problem. In many instances, we can diagnose and fix the problem remotely via a connection to your desktop. If the issue requires an onsite visit from a technician, we’ll get there as soon as possible. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way so there are no surprises. When we resolve the issue, we will explain the solution and invoice on a time and materials basis.
