Preventative Care
Our Preventative Care package offers server monitoring around the clock and we notify you directly if alerts or problems should arise. You can resolve these issues on your own, or engage our technical staff to resolve them on a case by case basis. In addition, we provide full patch assessment and management. Total Care
In addition to all the services listed above in Preventative Care, our Total Care package provides service pack updates, server tuning, server cleaning, and full repair/recovery services. Also included in the Total Care package are replacements of disk drive losses, which entails restoring equipment and performing data recovery to bring your system back on-line (hardware not included). Total Care is available for either your physical or virtual machine(s).
