We learned a long time ago that attitude, behavior, and character (the ABCs) are far greater predictors of success than just skills, talent and words. It may have something to do with the fact that ICS Support’s founder came from a farming heritage where you had to get up every day and go out and earn your keep.
The ABCs
We place tremendous emphasis on the ABCs, knowing that you can train people and upgrade their skills, but you can’t train people to have a solid value system or a client-first mentality. Each and every one of our staff has proven themselves to be solid citizens and trusted advisors working in the best interests of our clients. Not because we made it a job requirement, but rather because it is the right thing to do and they instinctively know it. This mentality runs through our sales staff as well. Sure they want to be successful, but not unless it is in your best interest so that they can count on turning you into one of our most loyal fans.
Well Seasoned
With few exceptions, you will find that most of our team has been around the block a few times. That means they have accumulated enough battle scars in their careers to have become really smart at finding the most effective ways to address your issues.
