Job Title: ERP Sales Executive
Join a leading information technology provider that has been profitably providing solutions to clients in the Pacific Northwest for over twenty years. We work with mid-range ERP products including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Sage MAS. We are looking for a talented Account Executive to continue driving our growth by selling these solutions and services. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and provide business management solutions and process improvements to the distribution, industrial equipment, make-to-order manufacturing, and services industries.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling Mid-Tier ERP solutions like Dynamics, Sage MAS 90/200/500, Epicor, SAP Business One, Infor or other similar ERP products. The position is permanent and full-time and is located in Redmond, WA. The compensation plan includes a competitive base salary, plus commission, and a strong benefit package. Working from a home office may be an option.

Essential Functions & Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of sales methodology
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral (including group presentations/sales presentations)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Ability to sell in a complex sales cycle, working collaboratively with pre-sales and consulting resources
- A strong desire to win, yet have the utmost of integrity during the sales process
- Ability to qualify and close complex and technical sales opportunities
- High level of initiative to contribute ideas while working in a team environment
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Highly professional written and oral communication skills
- Valid authorization to work in the US (US Citizenship, Green Card, EAD, H1b, TN/TN-1)
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualifying for new clients
- Build trusting relationships with key executives and decision makers
- Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, forecast reports and action items
- Develop and maintain technical proficiency with products in order to demonstrate them effectively
- Effectively manage a complex sale cycle; including qualification, sale strategy development, lead sales engagement, coordinate the sales team and negotiate and close the sale
- Credibly deliver our value proposition for providing business improvements to prospective company executives
- Manage a sales territory that consists of managing relationships with consultants, influencers and Microsoft Sales Professionals
- Assume full responsibility of quota attainment as agreed to
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years experience selling mid-tier ERP solutions (Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, SAP, Infor)
- Experience selling Dynamics NAV or Sage MAS 90/200 preferred
- Strong industry knowledge of custom manufacturing, distribution, industrial equipment, and services companies
- A history of successfully meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary package, plus commission on sales of software and services ($125K+ at plan)
