In order to understand the environment and culture at ICS Support, we’d like you to know a little about us. We feel our M.O. is a little unique and lends itself toward defining the special feeling that results from participating on our team.
ICS Support was born in something akin to a closet in March of 1989. At that time, available capitol was less than a shoestring budget. The company was founded with a guiding philosophy that is deeply rooted in delivering the best service, support and value possible to clients. Client relationships are nurtured and cherished for the long haul. Each of our clients is assigned an Account Manager. It is the responsibility of each Account Manger to maintain a productive relationship with the client to ensure that all needs of the client are being met. The client is given a "report card" after each incident and encouraged to evaluate our performance. Exemplary client service is rewarded. Attention to detail is paramount. Everything matters. Indifference is not tolerated.
Investing in people
We believe in continually investing in our people and our infrastructure. We encourage all team members to consistently upgrade their skill sets, and we actively support this through financial incentives. In addition, we also recognize the need to afford team members the time to take advantage of the training. We believe highly trained people are better able to deliver competence and efficiency to our clients. We invest heavily in tools and systems to help manage our core business. We deploy state of the art, client- centric, call management solutions to help insure that every detail is followed up on.
We utilize "results" based compensation programs where appropriate. This means that a team member's compensation is comprised of a fixed base salary and an incentive/commission component. The incentive/commission is in direct proportion to the results produced by the team member and the overall team. Earnings potential is not limited by some arbitrary ceiling. We expect everyone to conduct themselves as conscientious, self starting, seasoned professionals. This means that we expect you to take care of the client's needs regardless of the clock. We expect people to seek help when necessary, seize ownership of issues, make courageous decisions when called upon, learn from mistakes and function effectively within a fast paced, challenging, inspired team environment. Significant cross communication amongst team members occurs daily. Egos are checked at the door. We begin each day prepared to work hard and play hard in a non-smoking environment.
