We monitor all key service parameters 7x24 and notify you directly of alerts and problems. You can resolve these issues on your own, or engage our technical staff to resolve them on a case by case basis.

Server Watch Plus
In addition to complete 7x24 monitoring, we provide full patch assessment and management as well as server maintenance and remote repair. Updates, service packs, general system administration, including account management is included. Learn about our Security Patch Management (PDF).

Server Watch Premium
In addition to the services listed above, we provide full on-site repair and recovery services as part of this package. Lose a disk drive? No problem, we will replace the equipment and perform data recovery to bring your system back on-line (hardware not included).
