ICS Support Announces Value Added Changes to MAS Service Plans

As your Sage business partner, ICS Support is focused on continually evaluating our products and services to provide the optimum value to our customers. Many of you are current or previous enrollees in an ICS Service Plan. Currently you are more likely to call it a telephone support plan. We believe it can be more than that and should bring greater value to your business. Today we are announcing a product facelift which we hope you will consider for your business. For existing clients who are either renewing a current plan or entering into a new plan, the following features will be included:

• Flat price of $1,500 per year
• Full year and Six month payment options
• Hours of coverage: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday, exclusive of holidays

• Remedial resolution of issues in version 4.0 and higher MAS 90 and MAS 200 software systems
• Troubleshooting printer configurations and printer drivers
• MAS 90 and MAS 200 Standard Report Troubleshooting
• Crystal Advice and Troubleshooting **
• FRx Advice and Troubleshooting **

Plus:

• No charge Annual System Review (at six month anniversary)
• 20% discount on ICS Support Training Classes
• Access to Web based training snippets (How do I do….?)
• 10% Discount on standard Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 Add-on modules

** Up to 2 hours of support annually - presuming the user has attended the appropriate certified training class at ICS Support.
