Yes, you heard us correctly. We have several Crystal Reports available to you for the nominal charge of FREE! If you read Jeff Mack’s Bottom Line article in this month’s newsletter, you know he talked about several steps we have taken recently to complete some major housecleaning on our MAS 200 accounting system so that it is now cocked, locked and ready to rock.
Here is an assortment of tools available for the asking.
New Customer Report: Simply supply a starting date and the report will identify all the new customers created since that date.
Customer List By Customer Type: Input a range of Customer Types to filter on and the report will identify all the customers fitting the specified criteria. This report can also identify customers without an assigned Customer Type. Note: we modified the Customer Type field in Customer Maintenance on our system so that it selected from a validated pull-down list.
Customer Sales By Customer Type: Input a range of Invoice Dates and Customer Types, and the report will show the sales volume for each customer meeting the requested criteria. We used this report to identify dormant customers.
Vendors with Recent Invoice Activity: Input a range of Vendors and Invoice Dates. We used this report to identify inactive vendors. We also used this report to identify those vendors from whom we wanted to request updated W-9’s.
Vendor Mailing Labels: Input a range of Vendors and Last Purchase Dates. We used this report to print the mailing labels for the vendors to whom we sent updated W9 request forms.
Inventory Items with Recent Activity: Input a range of Transaction Dates. We used this report to identify those Inventory Items which had no activity in the last X years.
