What’s Your Favorite Color of MAS Support?

As the MAS 90 and MAS 200 software continues to evolve, we find that our clients’ needs and usage patterns change also. The tools and resources available to you from Sage and the Internet constantly change and become ever more fluid. In keeping with this trend, we have recently performed a makeover on our MAS 90 and MAS 200 support offerings.

We know that MAS 90 clients who are well trained in using the product to its optimum, and who know that they have a strong support team and immediate lifeline available when necessary, are the happiest clients of all. We also know that clients who keep pace with the current release of MAS software and its many enhancements benefit the most by taking advantage of many time- and money-saving features. Therefore, we have re-structured our support offerings to embrace and encourage more clients to enjoy these rewards. We have done this by offering even more incentives for clients to save on training, support, new products and upgrades.

We are offering three support plans for you to choose from and they include bronze, silver and gold. As you might imagine, the ICS Bronze plan is the most affordable and is tailored for clients with few users that require very little support, and where the need for support is not time sensitive. The ICS Gold plan by contrast is for clients who depend heavily upon their MAS 90 and MAS 200 software, for whom having immediate support available is of utmost importance, and who recognize the importance of keeping their staff and business management software up to date with the most recent and powerful software release. The ICS Silver plan is understandably for clients that are positioned somewhere between the needs of a Bronze plan and the needs of a Gold plan. For the typical ICS Silver plan client, priority service is a top requirement along with knowing that they can just reach out for help at any time and find the expertise they need.

These new ICS Support plan offerings are designed to work in conjunction with your annual Basic subscription from Sage so that the renewal dates on each are synchronized. Recall that the Basic subscription from Sage provides you access to new releases of MAS 90 and MAS 200 ERP software and tax table updates as they are made available. We contact you every year as your Basic subscription comes up for renewal. During your next renewal cycle, we will also be providing you information about your ICS Support plan offering so that you can decide which plan is best suited for your needs.
