Who do I pay? Sage Software or ICS Support?

QUESTION (from average Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 end user): We are approaching that time again — renewal time for our Sage Software Subscription Plan. When we were about 90 days out from expiration, we received a subscription renewal notice with payment instructions from Sage Software. Then about 60 days away from our renewal date, we received an invoice and letter from ICS Support for the exact same thing. Who do I pay?
ANSWER: ICS Support! Let ICS Support make things easy for you, and let us handle all your Sage Software transactions. As your reseller of record, ICS Support can design a Sage system that will work for you. We can review your current system and suggest ways to simplify your workflow. We can place the order for new software or add-on modules, as well as place the order for your annual subscription renewal. Paying ICS Support for your annual subscription renewal is consistent with all of the other types of purchase of Sage products. If you happen to pay Sage by mistake, we can sort it out with them but it just requires a little more work. So in the interest of avoiding possible confusion for all parties, please just pay us for the renewal subscription. Whatever you do, do not pay both!
