Requesting MAS 90 and MAS 200 Support
In an effort to serve you better and create more depth and versatility in our Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 support team, we are implementing a few changes that we need to bring to your attention. These changes are intended to provide us better visibility and tracking of your support requests, as well as help us create more redundancy and fallback capabilities within our team.
When submitting a request for service related to your Sage MAS 90 or MAS 200 system, please submit requests as follows.
Via e-mail
Please submit your initial request to mas90support@ics-support.com. Please include screenshots of data entry forms, documents, or reports that might be helpful in diagnosing the situation. Your support request will be immediately distributed to our Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 support team, as well as to management personnel.
Via telephone
Please call 425-284-5415 to submit your initial request for support. You will be asked to provide your company name, your name, your phone number, and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. A message containing the details of your call will then be routed via voice mail and e-mail to our Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 support team, as well as to management personnel.
We understand that most of you have a representative from our team with whom you primarily work. And in most cases when that individual is available, you will continue to receive the majority of your support from that person. However, if your normal representative is unavailable, then another member of our support team will be able to respond to your request for support. In either case, it remains our goal to respond to your support request within an average of 2 business hours (1 hour for clients on our flat fee support agreement) from the time your call was logged.
Once you have been contacted by a member of our support team, please correspond with them directly until the issue is resolved.
