What Version of MAS 90 or MAS 200 Do I Have?

A vexing situation. You log a support call, or make an inquiry about purchasing additional features or modules, and you get the same annoying question, "What version of MAS are you using?".

If the version number was plainly posted on the screen, or you had a mind for such trivia, then the question would be easy to answer, but it must be answered never-the-less. So how and where do you get the necessary information?

1. You could try using the MAS Help menu (click on Help and drop down to About MAS 90), or observe the version information at start up, but it is not always accurate; version 4.05 is listed as 4.0.
2. You could also run the Installed Modules and Application report from Library Master.
3. By far the easiest way is to run the *info program from the File menu as shown below.
