What's in a name? ICS Support

The Long Version
Integrated Computer Systems Support, Inc. is the full legal name of this company. The name spells out the nature of the work that we do — Integrated (both hardware and software components) Computer Systems (technology solutions crafted to your specific business needs) Support (training plus ongoing support).
However, Integrated Computer Systems Support, Inc. is hard for some to remember. The name contains 4 multi-syllabic words totaling 12 syllables in all. It also contains two words that start with "S." Which comes first?
The Short Version
To simplify things, we are also known as ICS Support or even ICS for short. That rolls off the tongue much easier and is so much easier to remember. The short name fits into a database field without confusing abbreviations or truncation. When the network is down it is so much easier for you to remember "Hey, we need help! Call Jacque at ICS!" than "Hey, we need help! Call Jacque at Integrated Computer Systems Support, Inc...."
Identity?
If we are known by only the short name, then the question is, "Who is ICS?" I answer the phones here at ICS and I get many interesting wrong number calls. Most often the wrong number is a parent thinking they are calling the Lake Washington School District's International Community School — aka ICS. Or it is DHL calling to confirm that we are the entity known as ICS West (not) because they have a package to deliver. Several times (more than just coincidence) it has been a person who wants to come back to work at a construction job (?) or someone who wants to make a required report to a judicial court (??).
I have been asked if we are a catering business, furniture maker, construction company, cancer society, soccer organization, engineering firm, or custom door maker. ICS could easily be Interior Construction Specialties, Internet Cello Society, International Counterintelligence Services, or the Institute of Caribbean Studies. We could all use some warm sand therapy.
