We Are Now Sending Customer Invoices Via Email

Integrated Computer Systems is now sending invoices to our customers via email. Many of our customers have requested email delivery of these documents, so we are now sending invoices electronically.
Service call ticket detail will still arrive in the mail with a copy of the appropriate invoice, in addition to the emailed copy of the invoice. Sage subscription renewals are also still sent in the mail so that we can include additional information in the packet.
We use the main accounting contact in our database for email delivery. If your company is not receiving invoices by email, that means we do not have a valid email address for your company’s accounting contact person.
