Microsoft Connect was also announced at Convergence 2008. This program effectively allows you to provide requests and features directly to the Microsoft Dynamics R&D team through CustomerSource. It also allows you to vote on features that other customers and other partners may have reported, thus giving us a better view on what you feel is important to you, and what’s important to the community at large.
Access to Microsoft Connect does require a current software enhancement agreement with Microsoft. CustomerSource, the Microsoft Dynamics user portal, contains downloads and updates, documentation, discussion boards, unlimited online training, a knowledgebase, news and event announcements. Fond Goodbye and Warm Welcome
It is with very mixed feelings that we recently wished Jerry Brown and his wife Faith a most happy bon voyage. After nearly 10 years as part of our MAS support team, Jerry decided it was time to kick back and enjoy the good life in Lewiston, ID where their children and grandchildren reside. He always started every day with enthusiasm and a sense of adventure, not to mention plenty of chocolate and diet coke rations (might explain the sweet disposition). Although Jerry’s hammock will certainly be getting a workout now, he will still be providing some much needed help to us on a part time basis. We wish the two of them all the best!
Don Sunderland recently joined our MAS support team. He comes to us with many years experience as a controller and accounting manager in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Don has been involved in several ERP system migrations during his career. He’s even taken a foray into the world of MIS management and software development in the past. Don earned a B.S. from the University of Southern Utah, and majored in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration/Finance. He is a most welcome addition to the team and we look forward to getting him acquainted with as many of you as possible in the near future.

Implementing new software is challenging at best. Implementing software that is at the heart of your organization is frightening. We chose Integrated Computer Systems Support, Inc (ICS) to implement and councel our firm. Their long history with the product and Jeff Mack’s reputation for great customer service were the deciding factors. We have not been disappointed with our choice.
