Change in Grace Period Policy for Dynamics NAV Enhancement Plan Renewals, Effective March 1, 2011
Microsoft announced it will no longer allow a grace period for Dynamics NAV Enhancement Plan renewals, effective March 1, 2011. As a result we are adjusting our payment schedules for Dynamics NAV Enhancement Plan renewals. Under the new process we will send out renewal reminders 90 days before your current plan lapses. This will allow our clients some time for questions and answers as needed before payment is made. We will request payment 30 days in advance of the renewal date to avoid any possible disruption of benefits and to avoid any re-enrollment fees.
