The cornerstones of any business are business systems and effective processes. My background is in understanding the business system requirements for an organization, identifying appropriate solutions, and in ensuring that effective business systems and associated processes are implemented. When these critical elements are put in place properly, it will make a dramatic difference in your companies top line, middle line, and bottom line performance. While we all recognize that the bottom line is vitally important, we need to be careful not to sacrifice the top or middle line for the bottom line. And that of course is the bottom line.
