We‘re all about attitude, behavior and character
We learned a long time ago that attitude, behavior and character – yes, our ABCs – are far greater predictors of success than just skills, talent and words. It may have something to do with the fact that I came from a farming heritage where you had to get up every day and get to work to earn your keep. You couldn't run from problems, otherwise they would still be there waiting for you the next day.
When the ABCs are there, your people want to keep their skills razor sharp and make every client a raving fan. We don’t have to cajole anyone.
Each and every one of our staff has proven themselves to be solid citizens and trusted advisors working in the best interests of our clients. Not because we made it a job requirement, but rather because it is the right thing to do. And it holds just as true for our sales staff. Sure they want to close sales and be rewarded for the fruits of their labor, but only when it is in your best interest. Like all of us, they understand the business value and personal enrichment of long-term relationships.
Experience with heart, building a new generation
Many of our team members have been around the block a few times, which means they have accumulated some battle scars. Those experiences have made them really smart at finding the most effective ways to address your issues. It also means that they can be excellent mentors.
We love it when we encounter young individuals with a thirst for knowledge, a true desire to serve and some of those good old get-your-hands-dirty farm kid attributes. We are always eager to engage young women and men, recently out of college and ready to apply their new found knowledge to making the lives of our clients better. We seek individuals that possess a growth mindset, and that believe in continual development through dedication, hard work and resilience.
